Hello Cucklocked, I too have tried many different devices to include the PA-5000. I also have a custom fit Lori's device. Unfortunately, my various PA devices have caused my PA to overstretch and even migrate. To prevent loosing my piercing, I have had to abandon all devices involving my PA at least for now. I was considering the Holy Trainer as well but, after having paid for a custom steel device, it's hard to justify buying another plastic device.
