Just to update in case anyone else looks up this thread - I was able to track the parcel using the Royal Mail website, but only about two weeks after it had been shipped (once it had reached the UK). It then took about five days to reach my local sorting office where I had to pay a £9.70 customs cha...

What site do you use to track? USPS, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail don't seem to work.

We've been using a CB6000 off and on for about a year but I've just ordered a jail bird - just waiting for it to arrive now.
