It's not hard once you have done it a couple times. Lube everything up. Slide one testicles at a time thru, then the penis. Thread the strap thru two slots, then slip the piece over. The trick is then getting it all strapped up.

I wear the Bon4 and it is very comfortable to sleep in. Much nicer than my previous CB devices.

New member, just reading old posts. I wear something I found on ebay with my device. search for "pouch panties" and you will see them. It's panties with a bulge in the front, and it does a great job of supporting you device while you wear it. If my KH approves, I'll try and post a pic late...
